Terms & Cancellation
Fares
- Fare includes fuel & driver allowance. Toll tax, parking and state permit (if any) extra as applicable.
- One way fares are for a direct drop between the two cities shown. Extra km, extra stops or detours are charged at the per-km rate of the car.
- Night pickups, hill routes and peak season fares may vary; the final fare is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Coupon discounts apply only to the base fare and cannot be combined with other offers.
Booking
- A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms it on call or WhatsApp.
- A small advance may be requested to confirm the booking.
- Please share the correct pickup address, time and contact number.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup time.
- Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup, or after the car has reached, may attract a cancellation charge.
- Refunds (if any) are processed within 5–7 working days.
Luggage & conduct
- Luggage is limited to the car's capacity. Carriers are available on request.
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside the vehicle.
